Comedy Clubs

To show our support of comedy clubs throughout Michigan, Detroit Stand Up is offering Metro Detroit comedy clubs the chance to advertise for free on the site through April, 2010.

New and established comedy clubs and performance venues that have hosted at least one comedy show per week for the past three months are eligible to advertise for free.

If you choose to participate, we will post your logo and a link to your home page in a prominent place on our site. We will also add information up to two of your shows per month to our calendar. If you would like us to add more than two shows per month, we will be happy to add those at the rate of $2/show.

Here's what we need:

• Your logo, sized to 200x200 px (or as close as you can get it) along with the url for your website. The actual size of your logo on our site will be 100x100 px (or as close as we can get it).
• A one-sentence summary about your club: how long it's been in operation, your standard tag line, whatever you like.
• Any information you'd care to send on two shows in April.

The deadline for our April 1st issue is March 1st.

Other Performance Venues

Theaters and other performance venues - including bars and coffee shops that host at least one band or other form of entertainment per week - are eligible for reduced advertising rates: for $5/month or $50/year, we will post your logo and a link to your home page in a prominent place on our site. We will also add information up to two of your shows per month to our calendar. If you would like us to add more than two shows per month, we will be happy to add those at the rate of $2/show.

Here's what we need:

• Your logo, sized to 200x200 px (or as close as you can get it) along with the url for your website. The actual size of your logo on our site will be 100x100 px (or as close as we can get it).
• A one-sentence summary about your venue: how long it's been in operation, your standard tag line, whatever you like.
• Any information you'd care to send on two shows in April.

All Other Companies

Our standard advertising rate is $7/month or $80/year. For that rate, we will post your logo and a link to your home page on our site. We will also add your company's slogan to the ad and/or a sentence or two about a featured product or service of your choice.

Here's what we need:

• Your logo, sized to 200x200 px (or as close as you can get it) along with the url for your website. The actual size of your logo on our site will be 150x150 px (or as close as we can get it).
• Your company's slogan and a sentence or two about your featured product or service for the month, specials you have going on, whatever you like.
