Detroit Stand Up is a monthly online magazine written entirely by Detroit-area comedians and people in the business of comedy.

The purpose of this magazine is to promote comedy and comedians in Metro Detroit. This month, we have some amazing submissions from comedians that live or have lived in Detroit. This site also has information on upcoming shows and articles and stories from some of your favorite local comedians. You can learn more about the contributors for this issue here.

We'll be expanding the site's offerings over the next several days and weeks - in the meantime, check out the articles, leave feedback, and then get off your ass to go see a show. Live comedy can't survive without live audiences!
